Can Drinking Milk Make Breasts Grow?

Can Drinking Milk Make Breasts Grow?

Most women in need of larger breasts have a hard time finding the right ways to go about the process. Whereas there are many ways of improving the breast size, most young females are basically focusing on diet to help their breasts grow. That is why some ask, “Can drinking milk make breasts grow?” The answer to this has not yet been fully established, but with a few reasons we can get to prove if this is true or not.

First of all, milk is well known for a number of components it contains like phytoestrogens, progesterone, fat and so much more. The above two are the ones that basically result to larger breasts in women. The component, phytoestrogens acts just as estrogens of the body does. Estrogens are a hormone found in females which results to many changes in a person’s body during adolescence. One change is increase in breast size. A number of women suffer with small breasts because their bodies failed to produce an efficient amount of estrogens. As a result their bodies do not have enough hormones to enhance fuller breasts.

Apart from estrogens, milk is said to contain other hormones usually found in the human body to encourage breast growth. Hormones like prolactin and progesterone are found naturally in milk. Breast tissues react radically to these hormones by increasing in size. Estrogens directly affect the fat tissues of the breasts to increase in size.

Many can confuse the increase in size for the multiplication of the cells. Estrogens stimulate the growth of milk ducts while progesterone results to the formation of milk glands. For these parts of the breast to fit in, the size needs to increase so as to accommodate them all.

Milk has fat as a component. Breasts also have fat deposition. So by taking milk frequently, it will result to more fat being directed to the breast. The fat is usually used to keep breast milk warm for the baby and that is why as you join puberty and the breast starts growing the fat are also deposited. All the above reasons are true as milk actually contains all those contents, but then again some people have been taking breast milk for almost all their lives but with no result.

It is important to note that milk is not yet established as a real breast growth food. The reason why it works for some and does not for others is still a mystery that scientists are trying to crack. Can drinking milk make breasts grow? The answer is not yet known as not everyone has reported breast growth as a result of milk consumption, but that should not be the reason why you cannot try it out since it will work for you. It is better to try it out as it is a safe way to increase breast size, unlike using chemicals when you are not sure of the results it will give. Milk is just food and it has no side effect!
